Florida Rental Vacancy Rates on The Move
Are Vacancy rates on the rise in Florida? According to the U.S. Census Bureau they are. Rental Vacancy rates in Florida are on pace to close the year at a higher vacancy rate than the 4th Quarter of 2010 vacancy rate of 13.8%. The 2010 third quarter Florida Vacancy rate was 13.2%
In 2011 the third quarter vacancy rate average was close to an all time high in the state at 15.1%.
